1. Use of Services

4.2 All payments are subject to our pricing and payment policies.

5. Disclaimers

5.2 We do not guarantee that the Services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure.

5.3 You acknowledge and agree that your use of the Services is at your own risk.

6. Limitation of Liability

6.1 To the maximum extent permitted by law, SiTechra (Pvt) Ltd shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Services.

6.2 This includes, but is not limited to, damages for loss of profits, data, or other intangible losses.

7. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless SiTechra (Pvt) Ltd, its affiliates, officers, and employees from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, or expenses arising from:

• Your violation of these Terms
• Your misuse of our Services
• Your infringement of any intellectual property or other rights

8. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Democratic Socialist Republic of Sri Lanka, without regard to conflict of law principles.

9. Source Code and Intellectual Property

Ownership of Source Code

All source code, designs, scripts, and related materials created by SiTechra (Pvt) Ltd (“we,” “our,” or “us”) remain the exclusive property of SiTechra. The client or user only receives the final functional version of the product as delivered.

Restrictions on Use

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works of our content without explicit written permission from us. Only for the domain specified in the project scope. You can not use, copy, modify, or distribute the source code for any other purpose without our prior written consent. Unauthorized use of the source code is strictly prohibited and may result in legal action.

Pricing and Deliverables

The pricing of any project, service, or product does not include the source code. Clients or users are granted access to the final deliverable only, unless a separate agreement is made.

Server and Database Access

SiTechra does not provide server or database access to clients or third parties. All hosting, deployment, and database management remain under our control. Clients are only granted access to the hosted final product through approved channels.

Protection of Intellectual Property

Clients and users must not copy, distribute, reverse-engineer, modify, or claim ownership of any part of SiTechra’s source code, designs, or related materials. Any unauthorized use may result in legal action.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated Effective Date. Your continued use of the Services constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
